NOMs — Notions, Options & Motions — are CC0-licensed nostr notes for exploring ideas, comparing alternatives, and proposing standards for the Network of Momentum. Any key can publish one. The live feed is at noms.zenon.tv .

The pieces collected here are editorials: interpretation and summary written to help with understanding. A NOM is often compact — a few careful clauses. An editorial unpacks one: what the note proposes, why it matters, and what follows if it is adopted. Each editorial opens with the original NOM, collapsed the way the feed shows it, so the signed source and the interpretation are never separated. The note is the record; the editorial is one reading of it.
